These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Novelliams mobile application and website (the “Service”) operated by Novelliams LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service allows users to create private photo-sharing sessions through unique access codes, upload photos, and download content shared within those sessions.
Photos are:
Encrypted end-to-end
Accessible only to session participants
Automatically deleted after 24–120 hours depending on account type
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining account confidentiality
All activity under your account
Safeguarding your password
4. Eligibility and Minors
The Service is available to users of all ages.
If you are a minor, you confirm that:
You have permission from your legal guardian
Your legal guardian accepts these Terms on your behalf
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers:
A free version with limited functionality
Premium subscriptions
Payments are processed exclusively through:
Apple Wallet
Google Wallet
The Company does not store payment data.
6. User Content
Users retain ownership of their photos.
By uploading content, you grant the Company a limited, temporary and technical license solely for operating the Service.
The Company:
Does not access user photos
Does not review user photos
Does not exploit user photos
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal purposes
Upload unlawful or harmful content
Attempt to breach security
Abuse or disrupt the platform
8. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may delete their account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”.
The Company shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Content shared by users
Misuse of session access codes
Service interruptions
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

The Service provided by Novelliams LLC is a technical platform that enables users to create private photo-sharing sessions.
The Company:
Does not create user content
Does not review user content
Does not moderate user content
Does not control what users upload or share
All content uploaded to the Service is the sole responsibility of the user who uploads it.
The Company shall not be held responsible for:
Illegal content uploaded by users
Copyright infringement by users
Inappropriate or offensive content
Loss, misuse or redistribution of session access codes
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload and share any content.

PLATFORM SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. Parties

The Business Client (“Client”)
2. Purpose
The Client contracts access to the Novelliams platform to create private photo-sharing sessions for events, corporate activities or commercial purposes.
3. Service Description
The platform provides:
Private session creation
Secure photo uploads
Encrypted storage
Temporary availability
Automated deletion
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Use the platform lawfully
Obtain consent from participants
Inform participants of data processing
Respect image rights and privacy laws
5. Data Protection
The Company acts as a data processor.
The Client acts as the data controller.
Photos:
Are encrypted end-to-end
Are inaccessible to the Company
Are deleted automatically after 24–120 hour
6. Payment Terms
Fees and subscription plans are defined in the commercial agreement or order form.
7. Liability
The Company shall not be responsible for:
Content uploaded by participants
Legal compliance of the Client’s events
Consent management
8. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in force while the Client maintains an active account.
Either party may terminate with written notice.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by US law.
